We’re delighted to accepting applications for Seasonal Touring Pitches for 2026.
Below you will find all the key information for seasonal pitches in 2026. Please read the information including the terms and conditions as detailed in the Our agreement with you below, which is provided for your benefit.

What is the price for a seasonal pitch in 2026?
All pitches are Metered Electric pitches inclusive of Seasonal Awning Fee with a pre-payment meter on all pitches.
All pitches: £2,700
Price includes rates, water rates and VAT at 20%.
What are the dates for the season in 2026?
Sunday 1st March, 9am to Sunday 1st November, 3pm
How do I apply?
Complete this form at the bottom of this page and click the Submit button.
When do I need to do it by?
Applications for renewals will run until Friday 5th September. After this point we will accept new applications and it is possible your pitch will be re-sold.
What do I need to pay and when by?
You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of £250 to secure your pitch. No booking is confirmed until the form and deposit payment have been received.
The remaining balance can be paid in two instalments should you wish. The first half must be paid before 15th February and the second half by 1st June. Late payment fees may apply if you miss these dates.
Do you offer winter storage?
Yes, this year it will be £250 and needs to be paid with the deposit at the time of booking. If you do not opt for winter storage, but add it at a later date, the cost will be £300. It runs from the closure of the 2025 season to the opening in 2026.
What's New for 2026?
Shower block: You’ll find a brand-new shower block ready for the 2026 season, completely replacing the existing block. More here
Extended season: We are delighted to be able to make your season longer by opening on the 1st March rather than the 2nd Friday in March! In line with this change, payments will be due slightly earlier to avoid a clash with the opening date.
Pay your balance online
While deposits need to be paid over the phone, once your application has been accepted you will be set up with an online account in advance of the payment due dates, where you can manage your payments.
Do you want to add WiFi to your booking?
This provides a premium connection to your caravan that is personal to you with a unique password. You can connect multiple devices to this network and there is no drilling, no holes and no impact on your touring caravan.
The speeds will enable you to download, stream Netflix, Disney+ etc and use social media! You have a small receiver installed and get your own router.
Prices are:
Standard package: £150 for 12 months or £15 per month over 12 months
Superfast package: £260 for 12 months or £26 per month over 12 month
Both packages require a one-off installation of equipment priced at £199.

We have made updates to our Terms & Conditions ahead of the 2026 season, please read them and familiarise yourself with them. We believe this will enhance the enjoyment for everyone across the park.
Your caravan Bookings for caravans pre-2007 will not be accepted. Your caravan must be UK manufactured to be accepted and will be inspected upon arrival.
